Role Purpose
The Coordinator of Brand Marketing is responsible for supporting the development and execution of all
consumer marketing efforts between both SYFY and USA, including media campaigns (consumer and
trade), affiliate marketing programs, and cross promotions. The Coordinator will be part of a highly
motivated and driven Brand Marketing team and will work closely with multiple departments – including
Creative, Production, Digital, and Publicity – to support all consumer marketing activity. This position will
report to the Manager, Brand Marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Work with media agencies to develop on-strategy paid multi-platform marketing campaigns
• Responsible for execution of all media campaign elements, ensuring deadlines are met
• Develop campaign overview documents and presentations d with all internal and external
partners
• Participate in all strategic and tactical briefing sessions, as well as preparing weekly status meetings
• Maintain library of key marketing materials including overview charts, agency presentations, media
authorizations, and traffic instructions
• Review creative assets (video, messaging, copy, etc.), ensuring brand accuracy and consistency
within each campaign
• Act as liaison between internal departments: creative, production, publicity, digital, social, on-air
• Work with outside agencies and internal Research on obtaining and analyzing key data for campaigns
• Manage overall media budget, working with the team manager to track spending and process invoices
• Key point of contact for all Affiliate Marketing materials and Digital Distribution requests
• Keep abreast of trends in the marketplace, especially competitively within the Entertainment space
• Manage the projects and development of the team’s NBCU Page

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience in agency, marketing, and/or TV/entertainment
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
