(b) On March 14, 2019, John T. Reilly, Chief Operating Officer of SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. (“SeaWorld” or the “Company”), informed the Company of his intention to resign from such position with the Company and from any office at any affiliated entity of SeaWorld, effective March 31, 2019.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 19, 2019, the Company issued a press release to announce the departure of Mr. Reilly. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

On March 18, 2019, Kathleen Liever, the Company’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources, informed the Company of her intention to resign from such position, effective March 31, 2019.
